You will receive a maximum of three free on-site service visits for one year. On-site visits are for software and hardware issues. Visits are for unresolved issues via phone support. On-Site Service requests are billable after three visits. Billable time starts upon arrival of Computer Solutions Service Representative. Billable time terminates when Service Representative leaves premise. Mileage and tolls are the responsibility of Computer Solutions and Services. Time is billed at $25 per hour for one year after third visit. Hardware installations, software installations, externally connected peripherals (scanners and printer) are not officially covered by this agreement. As in the past, Computer Solutions will assist customer as much as possible. On-site customers received discounted rate of $25 per hour for hardware and software installations. Computer Solutions will supply unlimited telephone support. On-site Customers will receive discounts and rebates for referrals who become customers. Discounts and rebates are on a negotiated on an individual basis. Support call problems and resolutions will be documented. Support issues will be available via on-line access. On-site customers will receive limited internet access with private email accounts. Internet access is currently non-metered (limit not set). However, Computer Solutions expects access to be light access. Internet access is for back-up to On-site customer's primary ISP.
